Structural adhesive is an adhesive which is used to bond surfaces. It cures into a strong material that is capable of withstanding shock, vibration, chemical exposure, high temperature or many other types of potentially weakening or destructive agents, and still be bonded. Structural adhesives may be used to bond a wide variety of surfaces. These surfaces range from metals, plastics, glass, rubbers to ceramics and other composites.
